In the suggestive Bay of Caminia, a few meters from the sea, we offer a nice two-room apartment for 4 people with a surface of approx. 50 square meters on a raised floor. It has a double entrance from an external porch with pergola which leads into each room of the house. There is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (or two single beds, according to your need) and another room with a dining area, kitchenette, refrigerator and a double-bed sofa. Between the two rooms there is a private bathroom with shower. The furnishings are essential and functional to your holiday and there are both ceiling fans and air conditioning. The house has an exclusive and suggestive outdoor area with sea view where you can have your meals or relax while delight your eyesight with the seascape. You will also find a very peculiar outdoor shower!
A cleaning set is provided but, for this accommodation, bed linen/towels, cleaning and daily rearrangement are not included in the rate; however, at the time of booking, it is possible to request all extra services. A contribution is required for electricity, calculated on consumption, and there is a fixed rate for final cleaning. Only one parking space is allowed and external visitors can’t park inside.
For each accommodation there is a deck chair and a sun bed (beach service not included) and in the outdoor courtyard guests have available a shared washing machine.
