Charming family villa with sea view just few steps from the swimming pool.
Villa Sole is the jewel that closes the area “Poggio 3 houses”: the most evocative and panoramic place of the estate. The entrance opens into a large and bright living/dining room, which overlooks the sea on one side and the green and colorful countryside on the other; adjacent to the right of the entrance is the kitchen, independent and spacious, equipped with furniture and appliances (including a dishwasher). On the left, there is a large sleeping area with two big bedrooms (both with air-conditioned). In the wide living room it is also possible to accommodate other two additional persons on the sofa bed. The two bathrooms, with tub / shower, are comfortable and welcoming. There is also a lovely terrace overlooking the Ionian Sea, but, above all, the peculiarity of Villa Sole is the outdoor “tavern” facing the sea with barbecue, fountain-sink and outdoor table. The Villa is equipped with TV, it has blade ventilation and heating, a private parking and a privileged direct access to the swimming pool. A cleaning set is provided but, for this accommodation, bed linen/towels, cleaning and daily rearrangement are not included in the rate; however, at the time of booking, it is possible to request all extra services. A contribution is required for electricity and gas, calculated on consumption, and also a fixed rate for final cleaning.
