Embedded in the residential area, Ulivo is a large three-room apartment for 4 people. The entrance leads to a central, welcoming large and open living room/kitchen, with windows overlooking the outdoor patio. The nice kitchen is equipped with essential furniture, appliances and kitchenware. From the living area you can access the two bedrooms (with double bed or 2 single beds), and an intimate and welcoming bathroom with a very big shower. There is the possibility of hosting a fifth person on the sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has air-conditioning, heating, TV, free internet wifi and a green area in front of the entrance equipped with a table, outdoor chairs and deck chairs.
A cleaning set is provided but, for this accommodation, bed linen/towels, cleaning and daily rearrangement are not included in the rate; however, at the time of booking, it is possible to request all extra services. A contribution is required for electricity and gas, calculated on consumption, and also a fixed rate for final cleaning.
